Important: The Customs Form must contain information on every visitor to the Dominican Republic. In the case of minor visitors, a responsible adult must complete and sign it. Remember: Each passenger is allowed to take with them goods and objects totaling USD 500.00. Such objects can be imported/exported only once every three months. According to Article 200 of Law 3489 of Customs Regime, and according to Article 4 of Law number 155-17 against washing assets, missing information or faults on the Customs Form may result in seizure of goods, securities and/or imprisonment. This declaration must be signed.
